As a female empowerment entrepreneur, Martial Arts expert and speaker, my life revolves around one mission: to use jiu-jitsu’s art and philosophy to encourage people to unleash their inner champion. Whether I’m standing on the summit of Mount Everest, speaking to crowds of 70,000 people, or being pinned on the ground by my six-year-old students, the tools I use to overcome life’s challenges are the same. And I’m beyond excited to share them with you.
